Sponsor may place their own product display in a designated 2’ deep x 4’ wide space in the Sevierville lobby.  No table or signage will be provided.  Sponsor is responsible for any costs (shipping, etc.)  The display must fit completely within the designated space and not create any hazards.  Sponsor must set up the display before the show opens and remove products immediately at the end of the show.  (Sponsors may make a special request to pick up product from Sevierville until 6:30 p.m. after the show closes if their booth is in Pigeon Forge).  Any items left behind will be property of IGES.

Sponsor must provide all the product and periodically monitor to ensure that the product remains tidy and clean within the designated bathroom.
