Small Batch, Handmade, Artisan Chocolate Flavored With Bourbon Barrel Foods Signature Smoked & Barrel Aged Products 

This is a dark chocolate bar blended with the nutty flavors of bourbon smoked benne seeds. Benne seeds are the heirloom ancestor of sesame seeds. These benne seeds are grown in the Carolina Sea Islands. We smoked them with repurposed bourbon barrel staves for an added layer of umami. The result is a crunchy, crispy, chocolate treat. Enjoy!

This is a dark chocolate bar blended with 100% bourbon barrel aged Arabica coffee beans and bourbon smoked cacao nibs. It’s both bitter and sweet with subtle bourbon barrel notes and the richness of smoked bourbon barrel staves.  All of our chocolate bars are made by hand in very small batches.
