Owlfeathers Watercolor is the original watercolor paintings of Hannah Smolensky, a self-taught watercolorist who lives in the Appalachian mountains of Pennsylvania with her husband, son, and two pets.
Founded when she turned 18, Hannah began selling her artwork in a local coffee shop, online, and craft shows as a side-hustle while working through college. After moving through careers as a history teacher and archivist, she left the 9-5 life to become a full-time artist in April of 2024.
Since then she has expanded her business to offer her artwork at the wholesale level, begun to travel to other states to art shows, and accept licensing deals.
Her artwork is available on products such as greeting cards, prints, vinyl stickers, magnets, keychains, pins, and earrings.
Known for her fun and whimsical style, Hannah's artwork is frequently the source of joyful laughter for those who have the opportunity to shop her products.
