Pearson Ranch Jerky is fifth-generation rancher-owned. They provide very healthy and great-tasting elk, venison, bison, wild boar, duck, and beef meat snacks in the form of jerky, summer sausages, and meat sticks. The Pearson Ranch Jerky Animals are all raised and processed in the United States of America. They began raising animals on their own ranch in 1959 in the Rocky Mountains of New Mexico. All the animals are now raised on multiple ranches throughout multiple states in the Rocky Mountains and the Midwest by an amazing group of USA ranchers. Our exotic meats, such as elk, bison, venison, wild boar, and duck, are nitrate-free, gluten-free, soy-free, MSG-free, and register zero sugars after the smoking process. Our elk, bison, venison, and beef are all grass-fed and grass-finished, steroid- and hormone-free, and they are raised free-range. The wild boar comes through the DNR in the state of Texas, and the duck comes from a free-range duck farm in the Midwest. All of our meat snacks are slow-smoked and never dehydrated or air-dried; therefore, they're tender and great-tasting.
