Booth Payment Schedule:

  • 10% of the total booth space fee is due by date of contract(s) submission or by Jan 31, 2025  , whichever is earlier - This is a non-refundable fee
  • 30% of the total booth space fee is due by  February 1, 2025   - exhibitor is liable for 30% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee
  • 60% of the total booth space is due by May 1, 2025 - exhibitor is liable for 60% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee.
  • 100% of the total booth space is due by August 1, 2025 - exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee.
