2024 DEPOSIT SCHEDULE

  • 10% - due with contract – this is a non-refundable deposit.
  • 25% - due on February 1, 2024  – Exhibitor is liable for 25% of total contract for cancellations or reductions after this date.
  • 50% - due on June 1, 2024 - Exhibitor is liable for 50% of total contract for cancellations or reductions after this date.
  • 100% - due on August 1, 2024 – Exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract for cancellations or reductions after this date.
